“I’ve been to a lot of Subway locations, and this one is by far the best. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast. They greet customers with a smile and make the sandwiches just right.

What really stands out is the value. I noticed the prices here are lower than most other locations around , which is a nice bonus. It’s hard to find a place that’s clean, has great customer service, and offers better prices all in one. This is the only Subway I keep coming back to. Highly recommend!“

“I was just a little disappointed that I couldn't nice my $4.99 sandwich coupon because it was after 8:30 p.m., I had tried to order on my app, but it was too late for that as well. But the sandwich maker was so awesome and made our sandwiches with care.“

“The best subway around... The location is properly staffed, service is friendly and sandwiches are good. We never have any issues coming to this location. They only thing that is a little unsettling is that they don't have any parking lot lights leaving the area pitch black.“

She was holding down the shop by herself at 10pm with a line building up while I was making my order, but she was calm, quick, and on her own she even took the time to wrap my sandwich into two separate 6" so I could eat the second half tomorrow. I often go to this subway just because its en route to where I have to go. However today I wanna give a big shout out to the worker MARIA!! Who was closed already today for new years eve but as I walked out she offered to make me a sandwich anyway. At a time everyone wants to go home and be with their families Maria showed up for me. “I love this place! The manager, Kaur and Team are great and so helpful. Now I've become addicted. I go about two times a week customize my sandwich sometimes toasted sometimes not but every single time it's a winner! I have the Subway App so I save money on my purchases and by using the app get other specials available only online through the app, and accumulate dollar points as a further saving to my future purchases. “I stopped by the Subway in Grand Terrace and was really impressed. The restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the drink station, everything looked clean and well-maintained.

My sandwich was perfect: fresh ingredients, made exactly how I ordered it, and tasted great.

What really stood out was the customer service. Steven and Daniela were super friendly, helpful, and made sure I had a great experience from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team that clearly cares about both cleanliness and service.

“Subway does a good job at what they do. Some associates take a lazzies-faire approach, just slapping stuff together or just spurt gobbs of mayo etc...
Every item should be made as a master piece not just another sandwich. The meal was full of flavor but too heavy on the mustard, it was put on without care.“

“I’m currently pregnant and had such a lovely experience at Subway thanks to a wonderful worker named Siri. She was incredibly sweet, fast, and attentive — she really listened and made me feel taken care of.

There were two customers ahead of me who were a tad rude, but Siri handled them with such grace and kindness. It was honestly refreshing to watch her stay calm and professional under pressure.

“Attendants are normally very friendly. I think because of its turn around, everything is really fresh and much better than other subway branches. The only problem I have is subway offers do not work here. So you have to pay full price always which is high for students. “I came when there was a long line and despite the amount of orders, the employees handled it very well despite the difficult customer ahead of me. I think we should all be a little nicer to the employees especially when they have a lot of work. These are mostly college students! Great work if you’re seeing this.“

“It’s really expensive now, a half foot long is just as much as full sub at a specialty shop. That being said, the Italian sub tasted so amazing I forgot about the price. Whoever the sandwich artist was bravo. Everything was perfect ratio and tasted fresh.“
