Subway in San Bernardino

“I want to give a big shout-out to Maria at the Subway in San Bernardino. Every time I come in, she provides nothing but excellent customer service. She’s patient, respectful, and actually listens to how you want your sandwich made. You can tell she takes pride in her work — everything is fresh, put together neatly, and she moves with efficiency without ever making you feel rushed.

In a world where good customer service is hard to come by, Maria stands out. She keeps the store clean, treats customers with professionalism, and creates a comfortable environment. Because of her, this Subway location has become my go-to spot.

“I had a coupon if you buy a $25 gift card you get a free 6 inch sub well I bought the gift card on April 15 and the free sub isn’t good till July 1 which is weird I tried that steak cheese melt it looked a lot better in the picture it just wasn’t the same as the picture but it was OK“

“Every week I stop at Subway on Hospitality Ln to get subs for me and my husband for work. Catherine is always polite and greets me when I walk in. She's even gone so far as to remember our orders. That can't be easy with the number of customers she has. The food is always made to perfection and I look forward to seeing her each week.“

“Kat and Amalia were two beacons of brightness on a dreary day and I thought I would share my interaction with them because the great experiences are ALWAYS worth highlighting.
I needed to regroup and grab a bite to eat since I was waiting for the nearby airport to open. While waiting, I noticed a few qualities about Kat and Amalia that stood out to me.
The first, and personally important aspect I really appreciated was they never made me feel as though I’d been there too long, or took up too much space. I’d arrived with chaotic energy and substantial luggage. 🫠They understood my situation, but better still, they made sure I felt safe and welcome. I didn’t feel I was being a nuisance or burdensome.

I wasn’t the only “complicated” customer that day. Kat extended grace and patience to customers who should’ve been refused service. I was in awe of her ability to diffuse “tricky” interactions, while simultaneously remaining an engaging and pleasant team member.

Amalia was attentive and quietly present with each customer. She made sure the area was clean and welcoming the whole time I was there. Her calming demeanor helped me better navigate the rest of my day with a smile.
