Subway in Upland

“I don’t usually take the time to write reviews about fast food restaurants, but my recent experience deserves to be shared. During my visit, I was greeted by one of the employees, Antonia, who went above and beyond in every way possible. From the moment I walked in, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that immediately set the tone for my visit. It’s rare to see someone in fast food who looks like they truly enjoy their job, but this employee carried themselves with professionalism and friendliness that stood out.

What impressed me the most was her attention to detail and willingness to help. She patiently walked me through the menu when I had a couple of questions, made great suggestions, and even double-checked my order to ensure everything was correct. When my food came out, she took the time to confirm it was fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it. That small effort might not seem like much, but it made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another person in line. Great Job Antonia! Keep it up!“

“I’ve been going to another subway the whole time I’ve lived here. I came to this location for the first time and was blown away! It’s so clean, smells amazing, and DAVID was the best server and employee! He’s so kind, quick, and is doing a great job. I’ll only be coming here from now on!“

“My past few times at Subway (different locations) were absolutely horrible. I was going to completely stop supporting the business in general. Today however, I got to meet the lovely employee Jana, who made me an incredible sandwich. She didn't do anything extra or give an extra portion, she just made an amazing sandwich. She was genuinely real, and very sweet. I'd definitely order a sandwich there again, thank you for the food Jana!!!!“

“Let me just say that I've been to a lot of Subway restaurants. Most of the time I'm concerned about cleanliness and more. But not at this location! The owners are really on it with taking care of their restaurant. They are super friendly and inspire that in their staff. This restaurant has such a different friendly and clean vibe than most of the other ones I've ever visited. So I will drive out of my way if I want Subway to this location. If you've had a bad experience elsewhere, try these guys they will not disappoint you.“
