Have eaten here multiple times. But today 1/22 was the best service I have ever had. The woman here when they opened, Mary, gave me the best customer service I have had in a really long time. I will go back to that amazing atmosphere.
Food not fresh store is dirty and guys in the back took forever to come out and take my order. AND THE cheese I ordered on my sandwich was old AF. Floors and tables was Dirty Af guess there is no management to supervise employees.

I'm really not sure why this location has terrible reviews ... I've been here numerous times and of course it's during their busy lunch hour (this is right next to Kaiser as well as other offices). I haven't really had any issues aside from a little wait because they only have 2 staff members, usually. As far as sandwiches. It's pretty standard. The breads are fresh, all the ingredients, meats, veggies - I've never had issues with. And the staff is usually pretty friendly.
