“This was my first time ever at CAVA, and as someone who loves Mediterranean food, I genuinely could not have asked for a better first experience!

Jane was absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in. Since I had never been to CAVA before, she took the time to walk me through everything... from the different proteins and toppings to the sauces and all the options for building my bowl. She even shared some of her personal favorites and popular customer choices, which made figuring out my first order so much easier. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and welcoming and never made me feel rushed.

Julian, who helped me at the register, was just as kind and informative. The customer service from both of them really stood out and made me feel genuinely welcomed.

Then, to top off an already amazing first experience, they surprised me by making my meal on the house for my first visit and told me they hoped I enjoyed everything and would come back. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture and really speaks to the level of hospitality at this location.

And the food absolutely lived up to the experience! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and I loved being able to customize my bowl with so many different Mediterranean flavors and ingredients.

Between the delicious food and the exceptional service from Jane and Julian, my first CAVA experience was a 5/5. They definitely turned a first-time customer into a returning one. I'll absolutely be back!“

“The two ladies working in there were so sweet. I had purchased gift cards days before and forgot to get the sleeve. They were so helpful and told me to take the ones I needed. I decided to go ahead and use my 800 points and get a mini sleeve of cookies. I had got the two cookies that my husband requested and the one celebration cookie that I really wanted to try. I was just told they ran out of the mini celebration cookie, so they instead gave me a full-size. I truly appreciate how kind they were because they knew how bad I wanted to try it. I will definitely be coming back to this location. The cookies were delicious and the excellent customer service meant a lot. Also, the cheesling fries are so bomb, I recommend dipping them into the og tteokbokki. I loved all of it. The og tteokbokki has flavor, I wouldnt say it’s spicy but I definitely liked it better than the rose! The rose reminded me of that buldak ramen haha. THE EMPLOYEES WERE REALLY NICE TOO! The staff were very friendly. They gave me a warm welcome. I ordered one mini Baba’s Hot Chicken Sandwich, one mini Loaded Fries, and one cup of creamy Mac & Cheese. The food was extremely good, excellent, and impressive. The Loaded Fries were especially amazing - packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. I loved the food so much and finished it in no time!

I had questions about the menu and they were all answered to perfection. The food was incredible. Payment will be in the form of cash or credit card.
