Based on the reviews, Crumbl is a bakery with two kiosks and one bakery. They bake only a certain amount of cookies a day. The cookies were delicious. The chocolate chip original and the celebration cookie are mentioned. The Martha Stewart cookie collection was perfection. The presentation was there in front with a box and a cookie inside.
The customer service is excellent. The two ladies working there were so sweet, kind, and helpful. They were the sweetest angels, sweeter than a sugar cookie. Christine at Crumbl Riverside Plaza was amazing, smiley, friendly, and had the best energy. A taller gentleman was very welcoming and kind. The staff made the whole experience extra fun and checked up on customers. They are super patient and genuinely enjoy helping people. Little things like this go a long way.
