Placed a mobile order during passing the countryside on our way for a New years weekend getaway. First off, inside was closed. Then, I had to wait in the drive-through for my drink. When I got it, it was warm, not hot. And the window server wasn't very friendly. Good thing I didn't want much else. A handful of menu items were taped over as unavailable. I'll never return to this location, of course, but darn, they need to get it together.
Kim's exceptional! She recommended the Starbucks app - a game-changer. Thanks to her suggestion, I savored a delightful iced coffee redeemed with 100 stars, today. Kim's consistently cheerful and supportive. Today, she crafted a delicious chestnut praline latte and let me have a sample. I forgot my phone so she wrote down the ingredients for me so I wouldn't miss out on being able to order this drink. Starbucks, Kim is your MVP; she deserves to be recognized.

This Starbucks have become very kiosk-like after the recent reno (no chairs, tables, etc). I guess they don't want you to hang out inside their stores anymore ? So much for having the cafe experienceService is on and off when doing drive through. Most of the times, they are slow.
