Excellent service and great food! The staff here were really friendly and one of the staff members was very enthusiastic and his energy was contagious. Definitely put a smile on my face. This place is always dirty. I have never come in here and not found trash all over the floor and I almost always have to wipe off the table and seats myself. Food is acceptable. Staff are generally very nice. The tomatoes are the wrong color and have no flavor, the greens sometimes look pretty old. I don't see what the big deal is about this place.

Manager was great! We were traveling and had a breakdown with our travel trailer and were stranded in the Panera parking lot. Manager was so kind about it, gave us a free drink while we sorted out what to do and alerted security that we were stuck there and couldn't get a mechanic until morning.Great bagels as usual!
