I don't normally come to this jack in the box but after tonight, I will definitely be coming back. Tonight's customer service was beyond excellent ! The 2 people in drive thru were amazing and the food was actually still nice and hot when I got home. Management should recognize and appreciate the great staff they have tonight.
Went through drive through and ordered a jumbo jack and fries, on the display of my order they had put a jr burger so when I got to the window I told them that I ordered a jumbo jack not a jr. burger so they changed the order and charged me for jumbo jack. When I got my order I went and parked just to make sure the order was right and what I found was that they gave me the jr. Burger wrapped in a Jumbo Jack wrapper. I don't usually go here during the because of how busy they get, plus it's just hot even in the winter for me...but any time im there after midnight, the food always taste better...(especially after a sesh). The customer service is on point. Night staff, you guys rock!Vegetarian options: But the tacos and mini tacos are a must !
