I ordered a normal sourdough grill chicken burger. And a normal double bacon burger combo. However, the meal as I waited for it to be delivered came out cold and hard to swallow. To the point that I ended with a tremendous stomach ache and as well they charged close to $26 for one sandwich and a combo, which is ridiculous. I've used the mobile app for both the Trautwein and Alessandro locations multiple times (mostly for breakfast before my round of golf) and have been completely satisfied. I can't remember ever getting poor quality or cold food. I typically order a loaded breakfast sandwich with modifications and they have always gotten it right and my sandwich has always come out of the wrapper more than just warm. Jack is probably my #1 go to for a quick breakfast.

Make sure you always check your bags from this place. This place always makes you pull to the front and wait for your food and will always forget to put something in. I specifically asked them to put the straws and sauce in the bag since they were all out of cup holders. He then asked me to pull to the front and I said don't forget what I asked you...sure enough he brings me the bags and nothing is in the bags that I asked.
