“My first time here, I had bistec empanada, chicken empanada plus carnita empanada very fresh made nd delicious! with a cold strawberry watermelon drink that if you come on brunch time you get it included with your meal . DEFINITELY NOT A TYPICAL FAST FOOD. Homemade empanadas, tortillas handmade the drinks are not artificial flavors original natural flavor. Al pastor taco: Al pastor is my go to taco meat, and their al pastor on the trompo spit was huge and looked incredible. However, I was a bit let down. It was good, but not incredible. Score: 4 out of 5 Cabeza taco: Cabeza I usually don't get but holy carp was I glad I did. The cabeza was sooooooo soft and tender and tasted amazing. Their cabeza was the best I've had and I will definitely be trying it at more places in the future, thanks to this place. Score: easy 5 out of 5 Chorizo taco: Chorizo I find is often hit or miss. Some places have chorizo that is way too salty. Their chorizo was a bit weird because it tasted a bit sour to me. Not sure if that's normal or a specific type of chorizo? I didn't get sick afterwards so.... I didn't like it though. Score: 2 out of 5 Asada queso taco: I was unsure about the cheese hence why I only ordered one. However, the melted cheese really added a nice flavor to the asada taco and made me wish I had ordered queso on the other tacos as well. Definitely recommended. Score: 4 out of 5 If you find yourself in Eagle Rock, definitely check this place out. The line can get pretty long but it moves pretty quick.“

“This Location is the one :). The food quality is really good, you can’t go wrong with it. My go to is the carnitas tacos, the meat itself is very juicy and not dry. On top of the tacos the put the most amazing salsa de aguacate, and you can always add any of the other great salsa options or toppings they offer in their self serve station. My partner really enjoys the Al pastor tacos, they do follow tradition and put pineapple on the taco as well as that guacamole salsa. Another go to is the Birriongos with the consomé, put some of the pickled onions in and you’re aces! The workers here are so welcoming and nice it makes for a nice environment when it’s slow or even if it is a little busy when you show up.Parking: Be careful when approaching the restaurant, you can easily end up in the neighboring restaurant’s lot if you overshoot the entrance to this one. Parking can be limited especially since they share a small lot with other business, those being of the car variety meaning they park them outside for repair.“

I don't know if it was the same owner then as today, but you will love the authentic Mexican food and good-sized portions. My wife and I enjoy eating here almost once a week. “Okay Here to give the official review of my actual first visit bar and grill at its finesttttt! This little place did not disappoint. Everything was reasonably priced I tried the tacos and chips and salsa and I approve of both! The salsas for the tacos were spot on and so spicy! So good. The restrooms were extremely clean and had a light up mirror for all those mirror selfies or makeup touch ups. The kitchen did close early and we did spend quality time with the cook afterwards drinking. We were the only patrons at the bar so all was good! The bartender Anális was soooo nice! She was super friendly I love that it's not only 21 and over because I have teenage daughters who always join us during date nights and it's so convenient when you can have a drink or watch a game with your kids without worrying! On that note they do have 13 TVs! I most definitely will be back!“
