Instead, I decided to try their marinated carne asada for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious! The customer service was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. They let me know they’d have more dried chorizo the next day, but I couldn’t fit another trip into my schedule. I was really impressed with the quality of the meat and can’t wait to come back to try their other marinades, like the chicken and pork chops.
