About Taco Bell

This Taco Bell / KFC offers a mix of good and disappointing experiences. Customers appreciate the friendly and respectful staff, with some employees like Luis and an older female employee receiving praise for their helpfulness and excellent customer service. The team in the back is generally seen as hustling and doing their part to keep things moving smoothly.

Food quality varies; some customers report that the chicken was better on certain visits, with fries being good and the 8pc meal being satisfactory, though there are issues like mushy chicken, soft skin, and missing sides such as biscuits. One customer ordered a boney meal with little meat and had trouble ordering through the app, ending up paying cash after being told to call tech support. Another visited for a free 8 pc meal, but was disappointed that the biscuits were missing, despite receiving a free drink.

Service can be inconsistent; some experiences involve long waits, especially when waiting for fries to be made fresh or oil to heat up. Staff sometimes lack training, leading to delays or mistakes, such as misringing orders or forgetting items. The dining room is often described as dirty, and the atmosphere is considered mostly young, with service rated as just okay.

Overall, the restaurant is convenient and acceptable for fast food, with friendly staff making the experience better, but issues with food quality, order accuracy, and cleanliness remain. Customers hope these problems will improve in the future.
