If could give 0 stars I would. Order through app, they got the order wrong, took awhile to "fix", I foolishly only checked one item before leaving, they got that "one" right. Was ready back at work when I realized rest of the order was still wrong, so my luch break now OVER, I go back try and get refund to be told I have to get it thru the app, and not a single taco bell employee knew how to do that. What a pathetic joke of service.
It's always a hit or miss. I was once told I couldn't order anything with beef as they ran out. Another time, I asked for 6 packets of hot sauce and I was given about 50. Food is mostly fresh.

Wow. They are slowest fast food establishment in San Diego. I waited in the long drive-thru for over 20 mins to pick up a door dash order, only to be told that I then had to wait in the front for my order, but they could not tell me why.
