“What a wonderful place to have brunch in Hillcrest across from the farmer’s market in Hillcrest. In the back of AWOL, so cute! The food was great and such friendly staff. The house potatoes and the homemade salsas were amazing. We will definitely be back and tell all our friends.“

“Superior service from an outstanding staff! The serving portions are huge and the food is soooooo good! I’ve become a weekly patron sampling most of the breakfast menu. The best pancakes of any breakfast restaurant! You won’t be able to eat the whole thing! Look on their website for the menu and prices. It’s worth it!!“

“San Diego staple and great place for a good California breakfast. This location got their liquor license over COVID if you want breakfast drinks with your breakfast ??♀️ however the service is always outstanding even when they're crowded and the food is always hot just like the coffee!“
