“Very impressed with worker Crystal at this location. We had a minor mess-up with our order where we were missing some food. We called the restaurant and Crystal took all of our information to work on the refund. She was super polite and helpful and never made us feel like an imposition. She then later called back the same night with an update on the refund. I imagine that it’d be super easy to blow off a minor customer issue, but Crystal did not. Very impressed with her integrity and care. She definitely deserves recognition and a raise! Rare to find character like that.“
“Jack and the box is always consistent food that's not the problem here, the employees can only do so much they are so overwhelmed with the drive through lane that you could be standing there for 5-10min with them not noticing you. They definitely need one more employees because 3 of them are being over worked, they where non stop the whole time im waiting for a fork and napkins. So whoever owns or runs that place needs to give them a raise or hire an extra person. I seen 3 employees doing the work of 4 or 5. But hey the food was good, and they where super nice..“
“The drive-thru service was impressively fast and friendly. The cashier greeted us with a genuine smile, which set a positive tone right away. Our order was prepared quickly and came out hot and fresh. Even the iced tea stood out—it was freshly brewed and perfectly refreshing. I was surprised that they put ketchup and mustard on a hamburger or a cheeseburger and not secret sauce without asking for it. “Everyone was amazing. It was a little busy in there, but very efficient. They called out orders one right after another. Everyone works in tandem, there. It's really a pleasure, and they gave me all the sauces that I need, exactly like I asked no. Questions asked, it was very, very comfortable and clean. I noticed someone was going around cleaning. That was awesome! And the food was good, I'm really happy. What's my visit? And yeah, I thought I should say something to reflect that.Happy holidays everyone!“
“Always wanted to try Jack in the box, and glad I finally did. Food was decent. Tacos were pretty good and the chicken sandwich was juicy. And actually one of the better hot sauce fast food packets as well. The only two issues I had was the grilled cheese wasn’t great, and the value curly fry was tiny. Should be $1.50 for that size portion.“
“The staff here is wonderful. The gentleman cashier was very friendly and really make a positive impression. The jack in the box cheeseburger I had was excellent. Fresh vegetables and a good meat patty on the burger made it really stand out as a good quality burger. Wayyyyu better than McDonald's.“

I only like fountain cola and most restaurants get it right. Not gas stations.
You can preorder from the kiosk. Or the employee can take your order. The employee that was at the counter was a gem. And his curly hair I fascinating.
There was a woman who was under the influence and instead of confronting her in an embarrassing way, the employees allowed her to rearrange all the furniture for 10 minutes until she received her food.
But if you're a JIB person I noticed a lot of deals for you.

“Here I buy my grilled chicken sandwiches with extra lettuce without dressing, they always give me fresh chicken in the early morning, for me the quality of the food is super important and here they always deliver, the service is also fast, and the staff are very good vibes. “Presentation of food was amazing tonight service was at a reasonable pace for the amount I ordered atmosphere from cooks and cashier were more than great. “Usually good food. Sometimes it's not fresh so I take it back and that's handled without a problem. Every once in a while an inexperienced worker 'gets' snappy or unprofessional. Management is then informed and order is comped or quickly made right. ⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“I just got off work and was looking towards a late night meal and went to jack n the box. A young very well mannered man named Edgar served me and was very respectful and served my food quick and fast. He also brought a smile to my face. It’s nice to see young people trying to earn money. Definitely recommend“
“I went to try the promotional free Jumbo Jack that comes after a Padres home run. Fast and pleasant service - no hesitation about the rules. (I'm not even sure they really cared if indeed a home run was hit yesterday).
What I like about this location:
Big clean restaurant. Nobody eats in anymore so it feels open and roomy.

“One of the few cheap eateries in the Embarcadero and Little Italy area. Shakes, hamburgers, curly fries and coffee/soft drinks.
If you're touring San Diego and visiting sites in this area, like the Maritime Museum, Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum, the County Building Family Water Park (free!) and wanna save $$$ then this is it.
It's a short walk from the expensive hub of Little Italy and right across from the SD County Building on Pacific Highway.

“everytime i go to a jack in the box i ask them for a lot of ranch as much as they can give me and i always get 3-4 but at this one the cashier just knew i wanted ranch and gave me a total of 10 ranches best customer service ive ever had. also last night i came after the inside had closed and they took my order through the drive through and it was super fast and they were nice about it.“

“Tried this place for a quick lunch and came away pretty happy with the experience. The burgers were fresh, hot, and had good flavor without being overly greasy. Fries were crispy and seasoned just right. The staff seemed busy but still managed to be friendly and get orders out pretty fast. The dining area was clean, and there was plenty of seating available when I visited. It's not the most amazing fast food I've ever had, but it's definitely a spot I'd come back to when I'm craving a solid meal that doesn't cost too much. Overall a good experience.“

“Stopped to try the Deadpool x Wolverine chimichangas and spicy chicken box ?! We were psyched... not quite sure why - but with the hype of the film, why the hell not, right? That being said, the drive thru got the order wrong. First, there was a wait, so it was an extended visit. Then after realizing the order was wrong... I had to go in anyway. Then wait for someone to actually pay attention to me, then wait longer for them to adjust the order. They threw in extra fries for the inconvenience, which was thoughtful, but it wasn't what I was there for. End result, everything was petty good! Enjoyed.“
“Ive been a Jack in the Box FREAK for 6 years and this is the first time I've had Jack in the Box and been mildly disappointed. Heartbreaking, brings a tear to my eye.

“Clean and fast but difficult to find parking on the designated lot so I park on the street. Definitely less stressful.
Food is always on point.
Dining area is spotless and staff are for the most part friendly and welcoming.
Sometimes app deals that are available are not available in store to order - which is upsetting especially when you're hungry and craving it.
Gotta love the Sourdough Jack though... my go to when I want a solid filling meal.“

“Food is usually good, service is fast, and the restaurant is kept pretty clean. The only downside is that there are sometimes some questionable people hanging around inside. Other than that, it's a solid spot and I'd come back again.“

“I couldn't tell you much about this Jack in the box except that it's in a nice neighborhood, it was not crowded, and it was very clean. We were there to kill about 20 minutes and I got some onion rings and some seasoned curly fries. My girl attacked the seasoned curly fries and even though she almost never eats junk food, she admitted that they were so good. The onion rings were also good but since I started going to Jack in The box in the 1960s, I was a little shocked about the $4.50 + or - price tag. The taste was great as always, but it seems like the onion rings themselves were a little thinner.“
“Super kind managers they saw my siblings waiting around for my parents and also noticed my siblings were a couple quarters short for a burger and were very kind and even gave em a complimentary item. I appreciate when businesses show their human side and give back to their community. I love the current promotions like “kids eat free with purchase”.
