“This is the third Jack In The Box I have been to and it's pretty decent... Not as big as Pacific Highway, but still just as good since this one has a far better bathroom setup. I also like that this one still has a Coca Cola freestyle machine where we can refill our cups; though basic drink selection.“

“The drive-thru service was impressively fast and friendly. The cashier greeted us with a genuine smile, which set a positive tone right away. Our order was prepared quickly and came out hot and fresh. Even the iced tea stood out—it was freshly brewed and perfectly refreshing. “Placed order inside. Mobile system was down as was the kiosk. Lady who was running the drive through simultaneously took my order while managing the backed up cars. She also applied coupons that were only available through the app (which wasn’t working) via a workaround.
It’s a fast food restaurant. This level of service is so wildly unexpected I wish I could give it six stars. Also give the lady working the morning shift on 01/06/2026 a raise! She’s killing it!“
“It's a good restaurant. The food came out really hot. So I appreciated that the service is mediocre, the the servers really don't listen to you so that you have to keep repeating yourself.That's the only issue I have with this restaurant“
“This is my latest go-to JinTB. I had to learn how the best route to enter from C Street instead of 11th.
Sometimes the service has been slow, other times very fast. So fast that the food was actually too hot!
The last bowl I bought had chicken that was over cooked. Next time I'll ask for it to be prepared after I order rather than get one that was already prepared, it was just too hot from sitting under the warmer.
Don't mind the homeless hanging around, it's just the area not the restaurant me I've never had any issue there with them.“
“Everyone was amazing. It was a little busy in there, but very efficient. They called out orders one right after another. Everyone works in tandem, there. It's really a pleasure, and they gave me all the sauces that I need, exactly like I asked no. Questions asked, it was very, very comfortable and clean. I noticed someone was going around cleaning. That was awesome! And the food was good, I'm really happy. What's my visit? And yeah, I thought I should say something to reflect that.Happy holidays everyone!“

The service is really bad the kitchen and cashiers talking about everything but no attention to customers.
My breakfast sandwich came cold because they were talking about i don't know what!!
They act like clients are no there you have to wait long time to be attended.
The cashiers act like they didn't sleep well!!

“There's a young lady named kelly in the drive through that is always helpful. I can always tell it's her when being greeted at the menu, sign, and I know my order is going to be correct. Service at this location is always swift and the food well prepared.“
“This Jack in the Box is the best in my area. They're all solid but this one has top notch customer service. They are so polite. They're also hella fast and great at their jobs. Even when it's late and there's on like 2-3 employees on shift--They're still consistent and fast!!! They also made me the most beautiful ore shake I've ever gotten from any fast food place. “Was there recently and the staff were very polite. Awesome food. Restaurant was a little dirty (what do you expect) and the soda selection was limited. Some sodas were straight-up disabled, and some had very little flavor selections. Perfect if you're a broke SDSU student“

“Here I buy my grilled chicken sandwiches with extra lettuce without dressing, they always give me fresh chicken in the early morning, for me the quality of the food is super important and here they always deliver, the service is also fast, and the staff are very good vibes. “Usually good food. Sometimes it's not fresh so I take it back and that's handled without a problem. Every once in a while an inexperienced worker 'gets' snappy or unprofessional. Management is then informed and order is comped or quickly made right. ⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“I just got off work and was looking towards a late night meal and went to jack n the box. A young very well mannered man named Edgar served me and was very respectful and served my food quick and fast. He also brought a smile to my face. It’s nice to see young people trying to earn money. Definitely recommend“
“everytime i go to a jack in the box i ask them for a lot of ranch as much as they can give me and i always get 3-4 but at this one the cashier just knew i wanted ranch and gave me a total of 10 ranches best customer service ive ever had. also last night i came after the inside had closed and they took my order through the drive through and it was super fast and they were nice about it.“
“Very basic as most locations are with lots of seating and a multiple person rest room don't expect any privacy but was clean and accessible without a code or key so that's always a plus. Junior jumbo Jack was the burger if choice and always great for the budget, add a buttermilk and it's silent time until it's gone. Can be a lotta-bit messy so dont forget the napkins ,even if it's a smaller burger. I believe this is the only place I put buttermilk in a burger because it's just that good and don't be scared to try it on the tacos which makes for a taco salad kinda vibe and is Bussin-Bussin.dont knock it till you try it. “Yesterday I placed a mobile order and some items were missing. I went to the website and contacted customer service. Within an hour, I received a text from the store manager apologizing for what happened, she invited me back to get the entire order remade, and accommodated the time I'd be able to come back. When I returned a few hours later, the assistant manager knew exactly who I was and what needed to be done. They had the order reprinted and ready for whatever time I showed up. The assistant manager was so nice, got my order made correctly and it was hot and fresh. This location deals with a LOT of rude people, and they keep their cool every time. I will 100% be back. This location is amazing!!“
“Stopped to try the Deadpool x Wolverine chimichangas and spicy chicken box ?! We were psyched... not quite sure why - but with the hype of the film, why the hell not, right? That being said, the drive thru got the order wrong. First, there was a wait, so it was an extended visit. Then after realizing the order was wrong... I had to go in anyway. Then wait for someone to actually pay attention to me, then wait longer for them to adjust the order. They threw in extra fries for the inconvenience, which was thoughtful, but it wasn't what I was there for. End result, everything was petty good! Enjoyed.“

“Places basically empty but it took forever to get someone to come and take her order. The store seem to be severely understaffed. Look like one person cooking and one person handling both the counter and the drive-thru. It was about 3:00 in the afternoon so the store should have been better staffed.“

Good thing too, for the time period from customer order to release to customer is, from my experiences, commonly amongst nearly all Jack 'N Box establishments is entirely too long. “Ive been a Jack in the Box FREAK for 6 years and this is the first time I've had Jack in the Box and been mildly disappointed. Heartbreaking, brings a tear to my eye.

“Clean and fast but difficult to find parking on the designated lot so I park on the street. Definitely less stressful.
Food is always on point.
Dining area is spotless and staff are for the most part friendly and welcoming.
Sometimes app deals that are available are not available in store to order - which is upsetting especially when you're hungry and craving it.
Gotta love the Sourdough Jack though... my go to when I want a solid filling meal.“

“Such a great location to dine at. Clean and prepared to serve. It can get busy from time to time, yet the food is worth the wait. The flavor of my Bacon Double Smashed Jack is so delicious. “It's pretty good food, the burgers are a little small. The only reason service isn't five star is because out of every time I've gone, they have never once remembered to give me a straw whi h is a minor inconvenience but certainly worth mentioning.“

I now can only place orders to Midway location. “Whoever has started managing this place, great freaking job. Used to come here a couple years ago but the service was terrible -order incorrect several times and rude staff! Decided to try again a few months or so ago and the difference is wild. Thank you so much management and team currently working here. You're doing an excellent job! The food temp is always great and isn't sloppy. The past few times I've ordered, the food came out correct without missing my customizations or sauce. Quick service too for the orders I place.“
“Super kind managers they saw my siblings waiting around for my parents and also noticed my siblings were a couple quarters short for a burger and were very kind and even gave em a complimentary item. I appreciate when businesses show their human side and give back to their community. I love the current promotions like “kids eat free with purchase”.
