The food at this Jack in the Box is actually good, which is why I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service is consistently disappointing.
The employees often ignore customers standing at the counter, and it can take several minutes before anyone even acknowledges your presence. A simple “We’ll be right with you” would make customers feel much more welcome.

Asked for extra cheese and extra patty paid for it and got one patty with no extra cheese. Like I paid extra almost $3 for the meal for nothing.
