Today had the most enjoyable & pleasant experience & at this particular Jack In The Box. Very polite & professional experience I got from a young man that served me. Ordered 8 tacos (which ae the best compare to their other fast food competitors) I.only wish I had gotten the young man's name. I ordered for a friend of mine who lives in a assisted living community in this is his fave Jack In The Box. Thank you for providing my friend w/a great fast food product. 😃👍
So I ordered two separate spicy chicken burger at this Jack in the box location and the result was disappointing. One of the burgers came out smaller than the other one. I appreciate the speed of the preparation. But , I would like to get the same amount of meal.
I’ve been to this jack in the box a handful of times and honestly I’ve never got anything but the best service from this location (drive thru) It’s a different crew each time but all of them are always super friendly and helpful. The food every time is fresh too so I like this place a lot. It’s a hidden gem.

Jack in the Box is a restaurant known for its chill and friendly service. The staff is low-key, allowing customers to be left alone if they prefer, but also capable of engaging in friendly conversations. One worker even gave an extra sauce, showing that they understand what customers want. The restaurant has a good vibe, and while the atmosphere could be improved with new additions, the excellent service makes up for it.
The parking situation is acceptable if one arrives at the right time. Jack in the Box is also kid-friendly.
As for the food, the new boba milk tea received positive feedback. The milk tea and boba were tasty, but the portion size was not as generous as other boba shops for the same price. Nonetheless, customers might still consider it as a quick and convenient option for boba in a drive-thru.
The taco shells were noted for tasting fresh, which is a plus for taco lovers. Overall, Jack in the Box delivers a satisfying dining experience with its combination of tasty food and exceptional customer service.
