So far this’s the best pho so far will update if I find anything better. The broth is complex and has a nice deep full body flavor. It doesn’t taste water down.The waiter/waitress are fast and the food services are also efficient.The only con is the parking is alway so full and it’s crowded during dinner.
Excellent quality Pho. If they made the broth more of a bone broth using ox tail it would be perfect. There was a fair amount of meat in each of our selections. We got the #1 Dac Biet Xe Lua (Large Special combo: Rare steak, well done brisket and flank, tendon, and tripe) and a large #16 Tai (Rare steak). The parking lot is very small especially if you drive a big vehicle so be careful when you go.I went here because the reviews were pretty good and I was in the area looking for Vietnamese food. This spot is an authentic spot down to being somewhat crowded.I had the pho with the sliced rib eye steak and brisket.Our pho arrived pretty quickly which was good because they were pretty busy.
