There are a few employees that are not service oriented and I have had 3 separate incidents with the same lady who usually as the drive thru teller and the counter teller. She is combative and argumentative every time I ask for something or have a problem. Even when I have questions about the menu she always has an attitude and is completely disrespectful towards me.Whenever I come in I hope she isn’t working and pray that someone else is. I love this spot because it's not so busy as the other ones. Because it's a little off the beaten track. But food is made promptly service is always good have never had a problem here. As far as atmosphere it's just what you would expect As any other.

It's Jack in the Box. It is not horrible and it is not spectacular. Staff sometimes can be a little rough around the edges. Let's just say that as far as most fast food places, striving for mediocrity is what they thrive for.
