We ordered from the drivethru (check 1136); 2 tacos and 2 Jr. cheeseburgers, one plain.

Consistency always. Good food, reasonable prices and fast service.

But I think that guy in the back deserve that manager position he's got a good attitude and he just look more like a manager of that make sense.

Jack in the Box is a restaurant with a generally positive atmosphere. The afternoon shift staff are particularly friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to assist with non-food related issues. The restaurant also maintains clean bathrooms. Some customers have had negative experiences with specific employees who can be combative and argumentative. This includes a lady who usually works the drive-thru and counter, who is combative and argumentative every time a customer asks for something or has a problem, always having an attitude and being disrespectful. However, the majority of staff provide impeccable service and are accommodating and friendly. There is a team effort, and one employee in the back has a good attitude and looks like a manager. For fast food, it isn't bad, and the facilities are clean. The food is also considered better than most places, although some orders may have quality issues, like giving bubble guts.
