I feel like I got duped. Jack in the Box has recently been advertising their new Jack Smash Burger, which on paper and screen looks great, but the reality is that it's much less than that.First of all, the burger was not freshly prepared. It was already precooked and then recooked for the burger. As a result, the burger was burnt and very dry. Who does that? Who precooks the patty of a smash burger? You are supposed to smash a fresh ball of ground beef on a hot griddle.Also, the smash burger was very small for the price of $9 after taxes or $8.39 plus tax. A $2.99 burger from their value menu. So yes, I don't recommend this Jack smash burger unless Jack in a Box makes better choices in the burger's preparation.Come on, Jack in the Box, let's make a better burger!

There are a few employees that are not service oriented and I have had 3 separate incidents with the same lady who usually as the drive thru teller and the counter teller. She is combative and argumentative every time I ask for something or have a problem. Even when I have questions about the menu she always has an attitude and is completely disrespectful towards me.Whenever I come in I hope she isn’t working and pray that someone else is. I’m not one known to be rude to people especially people who cook my meals. However I just must’ve rubbed her the wrong way and because of that she feels it’s necessary to be unprofessional and rude to me. For that re I am giving this location 4 stars instead of 5On the other hand my experience with this location and the other staff has been phenomenal; there services is impeccable and are always accommodating and very friendly. The food is better than most places and they get 4 1/2 stars out of 5 only because the last order I received gave me bubble guts lol

I love this spot because it's not so busy as the other ones. Because it's a little off the beaten track. But food is made promptly service is always good have never had a problem here. As far as atmosphere it's just what you would expect As any other.

Has been my go-to location for years but now I drive to the Navajo location because this one is always out of something I want. This location never recovered after lockdowns.

Instead of calling then store to complain I'm hoping someone in management reads this. Monday afternoon around 12:30, I went through the drive through and ordered 2 tacos. I quickly got my food and grabbed a taco before I was out of the parking lot. I first noticed the cheese wasn't melted so I stuck my finger inside to feel the meat and it wasn't even warm. I have no idea what went wrong because it was like it never even hit the fryer. At least the outside should've been warm and the cheese that was sticking out to the edge melted, even if the center never got cooked through. Really weird and gross

I used my Jack in the Box App to order me some food for lunch. I ordered a fish deluxe sandwich, large fries, and 6 tacos. What was good about using my app was that the fish deluxe was a BOGO. The sandwich cost about $8.00 but with this discount a $4.00 sandwich each. The food was ready in 5 minutes, and I picked it up at the drive-thru. The woman who worked the drive thru was very nice and made sure I had my complete order. When I got home to see how good this sandwich was I very pleased. It looked great and tasted delicious. The only thing it needed was more tarter sauce. The fish was crispy and moist. The fries were hot & crispy. The tacos could have had more meat and less lettuce. My overall score is a 4 star. I enjoyed it very much. I would definitely order food from the App at this Jack in the Box location.
