“I was visiting San Diego from Michigan where there are no Jack-in-the-box in my area, but I was raised in San Diego so I have been there before. The food was okay. I ordered a sourdough cheeseburger and my son ordered a breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, the food sent me to the bathroom rather quickly.“

“This Jack in the Box is small but there are a few tables to sit at comfortably inside and outside, although lately it's been cold and windy in the evenings. They are very fast and kind. I really appreciate it when I need a quick bite to eat!“
“We asked for 2 snack wraps no lettuce and then my mom decided she wanted one (just one) too so we added one with the same build as the others. We got 3 no lettuce and one with (where did the extra one come into play)?? We're not trying to get explosive diarrhea from jack in the box, thats a taco bell thing. The sprite tastes....off but I think every jack has an odd tasting sprite and the sweet and sour got an update but not a great one. Over all, I had just landed from a flight that had been delayed 3 hours and they were open and gave us edible food. The employee that helped us was very polite and accomodated adding some churros we forgot to order when we got to the window.
I know its hard to hear with those headsets on so i fear the lettuce was just tossed on by accident. When i worked for jack we always had to repeat the order and get confirmation before asking them to pull forward.
Lost a star for the possible explosive diarrhea in the future.“

“It’s fast food . You are not meant to be here long , so I understand how some experiences other people have do not reflect mine. But Raul is a superstar, the kind of person you like to know is back there cooking your lunch or breakfast in less than 10 minutes. It was quick chat, but in that chat we related and he over extended himself and was incredibly kind. I don’t care about others experience, but I will go out of my way to come here more often. “I got a special offer from Metro PCS for a jumbo Jack with purchase but you have to order through the app.
There was a problem in the process of ordering the app they didn't give me any place to put the promo code.
So I called the store and they said don't worry come in we'll take care of it.
I got to the store and there was no problem resolving the issue the staff and especially the manager were extremely concerned to make sure that I was happy.
The place was clean, the food was freshly prepared, and this is why I've been a client of this clown exclusively for 57 years!
