Miriam greatest me with a smile on her face while she gracefully took my order and got it right at that. Miriam's customer service is definitely a skill that is lost. It was nice to have suck quality service in a fast food place.“

“I stopped in for lunch today at Jack in the Box in Chula Vista, and I have to say, this was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. What really made the visit stand out wasn’t just the food—it was the customer service, specifically from Perla at the front counter.
From the moment I walked in, Perla greeted me with a genuine smile and a welcoming attitude that instantly set the tone. You can tell when someone is just going through the motions versus when they actually care about the customer experience, and Perla clearly falls into the second category. She was patient, attentive, and more than happy to answer questions and make sure my order was exactly right.
What impressed me most was how she treated everyone—not just me. While I was waiting, I watched her interact with several other customers, and she gave each person the same level of kindness and respect. That kind of consistency is rare and deserves recognition. It’s the kind of service that turns a quick lunch stop into something memorable.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, and the food came out fresh and exactly as expected. But again, it was Perla’s positive energy that really elevated the entire experience. In a world where fast food often feels rushed and impersonal, she brought a level of warmth that you don’t always see.
Jack in the Box is lucky to have someone like Perla representing them. If management sees this, I hope they know they have a standout employee on their hands. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location, and a big part of that is because of the experience she provided today.“
