Soledad, C provided me with excellent customer service. He had great communication and an amazingly professional approach. This gentlemen made my first visit great! He even brought my to-go order to the table I was sitting at. Excellent service at this location. Wish I could give him 10 stars!

Jack in the Box is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a wide range of menu options for a quick and satisfying dining experience. The menu features a great variety of items, including the standout Double Bonus Jack burger, which customers wish could be available year-round. Despite some minor issues, such as stingy portions of onion rings, the food is consistently good quality and freshly made, with a taste reminiscent of the good old days.
The service is generally pleasant and efficient, making it a family-friendly establishment with wheelchair accessibility. However, there have been some concerns raised about the opening times and inconsistent service from employees, which can be frustrating for customers. The management is encouraged to address these issues to ensure a more reliable and customer-focused experience.
Overall, Jack in the Box remains a popular choice for those seeking a quick and satisfying fast-food meal, with a menu that offers a great variety of options and a generally positive dining experience.
