The only reason for taking a start away is because they usually always are nice and helpful, but you do come across a couple of employees every once and a while who shouldn't be in customer service. Their food is typical of Jack but recent changes were for the negative. BRING BACK THE BETTER LATE NIGHT MEALS. Ok I'm done ranting. But seriously, the new late night is garbage. Also, what gave it almost a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ was they offer military discount. Right on Jack. They are back to always open and rarely are they too busy. “I eat at Jack In The box a lot because the food is good the prices are good and the service is excellent. There are very few times in the Drive-Thru that I have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. I usually also receive service with a smile ?.“
“This particular Jack in the Box has remained fairly consistent over the years as far as customer service and food freshness and taste. I use the drive thru 95% of the time and this has remained pretty consistent. Also, the elapsed time is decent. We usually have a lg. order and they aren't the quickest, but on the other hand, not the fastest either.Parking: I'm guessing about 20+ parking spots?? If they were all full, there would be way too many people to fit in the dine in area!!Wheelchair accessibility: Inside is kind of small and tight, but people usually try to get out of your way as much as possible!!“
“If I could rate 0 STARS I would because yet again this location has decided to close the dining room early tonight and stick a note on the front door stating "DRIVE THRU ONLY". At 8:45 I walked all the way up the hill to find this out when normally the dining room doesn't close until 10pm. I can only assume the early closure is from lack of staff but I shouldn't have to suffer bcuz the JITB management can't figure out how to effectively schedule their restaurant. This has happened in the past too me and as I witnessed tonight numerous other patrons who although in cars once they saw the drive thru only sign on the door simply drove off obviously to spend their money with a business that appreciates its customers.“
