“The restaurant was clean, when I arrived it was around 12 so lunch time. But it wasn’t too busy. The staff seems like they were trying to rush everyone out and didn’t seem to take too much care in the way the bowl was built. I don’t know if they’re asked to get everyone in and out as fast as possible or what the deal is. They were all friendly enough just rushing. The food was delicious!“

“Wes and Ricky were the nicest and happiest people I’ve ever seen in customer service! I went 10 minutes before closing after a workout and expected it to be closed but i was instantly greeted with a positive attitude and smiles. Ricky was super friendly and Wes even warmed up the burrito after adding the guac. They definitely deserve a raise:)“

“Today was the BOGO for tattoos day and the place was packed. The line was fast and well organized and the line of staff were all kind and accommodating.

However, I was accidentally given guacamole on my bowl and I have an avocado allergy. I didn’t mind though considering how busy they were.

I brought this to their attention and they were super nice about it. They had it fixed right away.

Walking in after a long, exhausting day, I expected the usual quick service. Instead, I met four guys — Rob, Gavin, Juan, and Ahmed — who completely changed the tone of my night.

They’re warm, funny, and genuinely good people. They treat customers like humans, not transactions. Even right before closing, they didn’t rush me; they made me laugh and turned a hard day around.

People like this don’t just serve food. They make an impact. These four definitely did! Would go out of my to come to this location because the vibes are pure and the energy is up!

“It’s fine. You must order in person if you want to get the full portion.

Most of the time it’s fine. It’s usually consistent. I’ve ordered here probably a hundred times.

One time I had to order online while standing in the store because they couldn’t use white rice from the online section and were out on the main line.

Just stuff like that makes me feel like Chipotle doesn’t care. What a weird interaction.“

“I ordered on the app for pick up. Definitely check your order before leaving. I ordered extra rice for the bowl and barely got any. So I had to ask for more before leaving. Aside from this, the rest of the order was accurate and the food tasted great.“

“Smaller indoor Chipotle but they have a large outside eating area. Plenty of space, tables, and chair. We had no issues with the portion sizes. The food was fresh and delicious. My kids inhaled their bowls and the guac was perfect! They were busy but were quick to move the line along.“

“Large indoor dining around and two outdoor areas to eat so plenty of space and seating. The line was long since we went around noon but they were quick to move the line along. All the food was delicious. Zero issues. You need a code for the bathroom but it was clean inside. The restaurant was relatively clean as well.“

“Really like this location. Each time I have been there I am treated very well and the staff seem to be attentive. For example tonight at 6:30 pm I had forgotten something and this employee Carlos was ready to help even though he was already doing another task. I also had a to-go order and I sat down and a staff asked me what the name was and had the order already sitting there. I dont know who reads these reviews but Carlos went above and beyond and should be recognized for that. 😄🤘“

“Julia and K/Cassandra need to be looked into… my suspicion is that they are like the evil witch from Hansel and Gretel and they are trying to make me nice and plump to throw me in the oven, cook, and eat me… their conjoined effort created what some may call a “burrito” but no… I could not eat-o this burrit-o. It took me 3 days… all I asked for was a double wrap… and they created Triple T’s club. It itself has set the unit of measurement, the staple of burritos. Although their intentions may be sinister, the burrito was unbelievably portioned with perfect division of each ingredient. Thank you I guess? 🫩 keep it up I guess… appreciate you guys I guess?“
