“This Chipotle Location had just opened when I walked in about 10 forty something AM. I first went to the restroom, and it wasn't that impressive for a place that opens at 10:30 am. It was like if they didn't clean it the night before.
That's something that each establishment should do before opening for business in the morning.“
“While I agree with other comments regarding the manager’s indifferent attitude, I want to highlight the excellent service provided by Kimberly who assisted us. She was kind, friendly, and prepared our food exactly as expected. Unfortunately, when I attempted to bring this positive feedback to the manager's attention, she was completely inattentive. When she did acknowledge me, her response was dismissive and she ultimately ignored my comments. I hope this helps recognizing the great work of your staff member and addressing the concerns regarding management's professionalism.“
