“While I agree with other comments regarding the manager’s indifferent attitude, I want to highlight the excellent service provided by Kimberly who assisted us. She was kind, friendly, and prepared our food exactly as expected. Unfortunately, when I attempted to bring this positive feedback to the manager's attention, she was completely inattentive. When she did acknowledge me, her response was dismissive and she ultimately ignored my comments. I hope this helps recognizing the great work of your staff member and addressing the concerns regarding management's professionalism.“
“My server was Isaac and he did an absolutely incredible job. He was very kind and polite even at 9 PM when it was late and he probably had a long shift. I usually don't run into employees this kind so big shout out to Isaac for being such an awesome help!“
“I am delighted to say that today June 25 2026 1:30 pm the store was perfect . The employees had it going on . All the containers behind the glass were clean . The food was fresh today and tables were clean I thanked them for the effort.
