1. Huge lines. Understaffed location. One guy doing everything. Usually, there are 3 members on the front desk2. Very small portions. Because the guy is alone, he doesn't want to put normal portions since there are many people in line and it will create him and the kitchen extra work.3. You know Chipotle is never a clean place. Denise is so mean. She treats her employees so obviously horribly. She is very rude to customers, and never ever smiles. All the employees seem scared of her, as do children in line. I don't know why she is so rude. But it needs to stop.

Probably isn't fair but I did go in about 2130 for a late bite, they were out of the good stuff, but what we pieced together was flavorful, I just wanted what I wanted, which they were out of, unfortunately.
