I left a good review for this place maybe a year ago but now this place deserves no more than 2 stars. Service is bad. Understaffed. Employees have bad attitudes to each other and to the guests. Service is slow. The food... Has gotten worse and worse. The rice in my last burrito bowl was so bad I stopped eating my food. Not sure how you can mess up rice especially when you have a commercial rice cooker but the rice was wet and clumpy and mushy and NASTY. Probably my last time going to this location.

The food is very fresh and delicious. As a vegetarian, I absolutely love the crunchy tacos with fajita vegetables and guacamole. You get to chose 5 other toppings as well.

This place is so poorly managed. I just went in and every table is dirty and behind the line, every counter is dirty. One poor guy was working the whole service line by himself even though there was a line past the door. Once I finally got to him, I asked him if he could at least please wipe down the counter that they were preparing the food on. I’m lactose intolerant and there was cheese all over the place. He said, “No, I can’t do that.” So, I left.I understand because he was all alone, but yes, he could have. But moreover, there should be a manager jumping in to help when it’s that busy. I’ve tried this place a few times, and they’re always a mess. I won’t go back. It’s a surprise to me that they have such an high rating. Imagine how the prep area is maintained if the dining room looks like that. Point Loma must have low standards for cleanliness.It’s a two start and not a one star because it’s not the fault of the team. It’s management, 100%.

Do not recommend, this place is a rip-off with bad service and small portions. Shocking service from the staff. I ordered a steak bowl with guacamole. It was priced at a very expensive 16 dollars and the server refused to increase the portion of guacamole. It was microscopic. Very unhappy.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle, where I found the pricing for a cheese quesadilla to be unexpectedly high at $11, equivalent to a full dinner price. Additionally, the customer service experience was less than satisfactory, with the manager's demeanor during our interaction not meeting the standard of professionalism I had hoped for.

I watched two guys ahead of me order extra chicken and Denise didn’t charge them for it. I politely asked for extra rice because she only put one scoop and it didn’t fill the bottom of the bowl which it should. Unlike the two customers in front of me she said she was going to charge me extra for the rice, they have never done this before and they never charge me. She then had an attitude with me when I asked her if she could fill the bottom of them bowl and she said no she would charge me extra. Quit being stingy, you shouldn’t be charging people for the bare minimum (which we are already paying for) and fix your attitude. I want to return here as I normally don’t have a problem and the staff. They are normally kind but I will not come in if those two grumpy women are working at the front.

Literally waiting for 20 minutes. This place is crazy. Theres one person doing the whole foods section and she doesnt care loll. Its crazy. Get your stuff together chipotle this is not it. Avoid unless u got 3hr lunch break.

Yeah, I'm sorry to say (cause I love chipotle) that all the most recent reviews are true. This specific location is severely understaffed on the weekends. I don't blame the staff themselves, it's not their fault they are so understaffed for the weekend demand. Whatever you do, do not come here on a weekend and do not order from the chipotle app. People were waiting for 40 minutes to receive their app orders. They were calling out orders for people who had already left 20 minutes ago cause they were tired of waiting.The tension in the place was very high with how mad all the waiting customers were

I recently visited Chipotle, loved delicious food but deeply disappointed by the service provided by the cashier Denise.The burritos were prepared with flavorful spices, meeting the high standards I've come to expect from Chipotle. However, our experience was marred by Denise's rude demeanor towards my wife and me.Despite our polite and friendly approach, Denise appeared disinterested and impatient, displaying a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Her attitude detracted from what would have otherwise been a pleasant dining experience.While I would recommend Chipotle for its tasty food, I hope that management addresses the issue of customer service to ensure that all patrons are treated with respect and kindness.
