I really enjoy coming here. The place is always so clean. The understaffed personal are always fast and friendly. They need a raise for doing 2 people's job.The best thing I think that separates Del Taco from other fast food joints is that they put real strawberries in their drinks. Not just flavored syrup.
In contrast to downtown location, this store is usually much better staffed and it shows. Store is cleaner in kitchen and customer area, employees are less stressed and more cheerful, and food is made with more care as it isn't rush job. The location also much better at night, no naked men tapping on window with crack pipe looking for foil here, nor mentally ill patients that were dumped near bus station on bad trip accusing you of killing babies. Excellent and tasty 60 cent mini tacos celebrating 60 years open. Only issue we had was my disabled husband brought a chair outside to sit with our puppy while I ordered and got our food inside. Security and one of the del taco workers made him return the chair inside and would not let him use it while he waited. Worst part about it to me is that we were the only people there at the restaurant. It really disappointed us.
