“I don’t know the guys name but i believe he has red hair and i ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel, line caramel cup, add whipped cream, and carmel crunch and it was DELICIOUS. I’ve never had a barista prefect my order this well i was in LOVE when i took my first sip. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I got my drink less than 2 minutes after i ordered. I totally recommend this place and love the guy who served me thank you 🙌🏼“

“I wanted to take the time to say this place ia ran by amazing kind hearted hard working people. They didnt know it but for the past 2 years I have experienced homelessness living in my car and these amazing humans beings were nice enough to never question me if I didnt pay before using the restroom or any reason and seemingly understood I was trying and I just wanted to say I am no longer homeless and just am so thankful to these people for having a heart. To anyone out there experiencing hard times please never give up and know no matter what it seems like or how hard it is if you keep pushing forward you will eventually find your way. “This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I love Matcha and nowhere seems to get it right expect this store! I always customize my drink and feel like a pain but not here. Today I got the ube coconut drink but with matcha and it’s phenomenal. Sully made my whole day and has amazing customer service! Noelle is very kind and professional. She seems to have her system down. I bet corporate loves the way she handles the store.

Kacie is an absolute sweetheart. She has excellent social skills. I observed her with coworkers and people in the drive through. She even chatted with me for a few minutes during her break.

Unbelievable service from the two of them. With all the heat the Starbucks brand has been receiving Corporate needs to add a bonus to their pay checks. Not all employees at this location demonstrate the excellence displayed by these two individuals.“

“I like this store but my one complaint is the fact that in the bathrooms when you press down on the water in sink it keeps running…. Even when I try to pull knob up it doesn’t stop. It’s very wasteful and unsustainable. I’m not sure how long the water keeps running but when I brought it up to barista she said that it was normal and would turn off eventually. “It's a nice cozy place tucked away from a lot of foot traffic. I have sat here many a times to grab a bite or have a cup of coffee. Service is quick and on the money, unlike the Peets up RB.

“I go here all the time, they are usually busy every morning during the weekdays as it is in a business and commercial area. Weekends are cool because it is very quiet and I will bring my kids for a mini date. The employees are always great and the coffee is always good. Service is very quick through the drive through as well. Also recommended the potato and chives egg bites from any Starbucks, something about them are very good!“

“Good starbucks location with good ambiance and plenty of space the sit. Good outdoor seating as well. They do seem to have a very limited supply of food and snack options by midday compared to other locations. They even tend to run out of basic snack and pastry items.“

“Employees are awesome, but the security guard that works in the evening is highly discriminate towards residentially displaced individuals, even if they are payment mg customers to a business in the shopping plaza. I just spent 2 hours playing a video game on the laptop I have inside of Starbucks while my tricycle and dogs remained outside. When I left a friend had been coming through and I paused to speak with him maybe 10 minutes and was told I needed to leave, I needed to get my things and go. This was at 8:50pm“

“Today I came in to place an order for 2 drinks. I brought my 3 year old malinois as we were on a walk. We got fast service, a pup cup, and we're on our way.
My dog, suddenly distracted, lunged into the bushes after a lizard causing me to drop one of my drinks from the drink carrier.
I went back into the store, explained simply that I had dropped my drink and without question, they remade it.
