“I had such an amazing experience thanks to a lovely barista named Mollie! She made my drink absolutely perfect literally exactly how I like it, which doesn’t always happen. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and welcoming, which really made my day. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like her. Definitely five-star service!“

“Although this is a drive-thru station, it's always been clean every time I've been there, as are the restrooms.

I want to give a special mention to Izzy, who served us very kindly, adding even more value to her work and, for our part, making us want to return to Starbucks.“

“I more want to thank this location for selling cups, tumblers, and beverage cups. I spend a lot of money on Starbucks throughout San Diego, but when I visited this store, I had the idea to buy a 16 fl oz beverage tumbler and put my own coffee in it. I acted on it, then learned from the choices of instant coffee, Starbucks sells their own instant coffee. So I used it for that and also sometimes tea by Tazo which Starbucks used to carry. I've planned to start saving. Yay. Thanks baristas of Santee Trolley Square. You are that one location that is very bright for that idea.“

“Giving a four star review because I’ve been coming here for over 7 years and all the girls have always been very sweet and attentive. Unfortunately today Natalie S I believe? She’s definitely new, while she was making my drink I asked for light ice and literally right in front of my eyes put filled it half way with ice and even looked me in my eyes and said she didn’t . Maybe every barista makes their drinks differently, I just know what my drink loos like after all these years when they give me light ice, but my cup is definitely full of ice that I can’t even move my straw. I hate that I only think to write a review when something bad happens because the other girls deserve the five stars.“

“I had a nice iced coffee from this Starbucks inside Target in Santee. The young lady working at the counter alone earned this location an extra star because she had a great personality and was super friendly.

The iced coffee was okay: a little bitter at the end than I would liked. Definitely a three star. The location was very well organized and clean, not to mention well stocked.

There's inside seating available at this location, too. I liked this location.“
