“I come here often & the staff is the reason why this location is great. I'm greeted kindly & their hospitality is impeccable, often bringing my food if the place is not crowded with customers. Also, the music is not too loud. People can still have a normal conversation without having to raise your voice.“
“This is my favorite location! Staff is always si welcoming. And always make my drink perfect!!Parking: It's in a business center. So ther is lots of parking. Just certain times there lots of cars going threw. Mostley parents who are picking up there children from the high school (which is across the st). It is not starbucks fault.Kid-friendliness: Haven't seen too many interactions of the staff and kids. But I'm. Assuming the workers are friendly because all the high-school kids are inside and out sid of the store befor and after schoolWheelchair accessibility: There's a handicap marking on the floor just as you get out of the handicap parking right infront of the starbucks“
“There is a significant selection of Starbucks coffee shops in the Eastlake area to choose from. This is including those inside vons and target. I strongly say this Starbucks is the coffee shop to go to. The drinks are always well made and they are very quick and efficient.“
“I love this Starbucks location! All the baristas are very friendly, and they always have my order right with a smile! My Americano,I order with oat milk tastes delicious and the espresso beans are flavorful and never burnt. I also love getting my iced tea with lemonade, which is always refreshing. Definitely recommend this location whenever you crave Starbucks. They also have a huge parking lot as it is in a shopping center.“
“The service was good. It didn’t take long for us to wait for our orders. We got the free reusable red cup for the holiday. The parking is small and it was hard to back up when there’s a lot of cars coming. Other than that, it was a good experience.“
“I always order a decaf caramel frappe. Every Starbucks makes it differently. This location is our family favorite. They make all 3 of our drinks the absolute best. And even though they’re always super busy here, they do their best to smile and offer equally pleasant customer service.“

“My daughter works at this Starbucks. She says she loves working here because her coworkers are professional and take it serious. They have fun and work as team. The Redwood City Starbucks used to be a Starbucks Reserve so it looks spacious and elegant. Starbucks is Starbucks and my daughter says every drink should taste the same no matter which one.“

“This is one of my two local Starbucks stores, one of which is north of where I live and actually at the bottom of a very steep incline whereas the other is a neighborhood away to the east along an utterly level and curveless stretch of street with wide sidewalks and crosswalks with coordinated traffic lights.This latter, in Chula Vista, California, on E. Palomar Street at Medical Center Drive / Brandywine Avenue is my destination this afternoon, a day after my late mother's birth anniversary and here this evening to do the New York Times Sunday Crossword Puzzle from the day before her birthday "with" her! “The guys behind the counter don't pay much attention to you when taking your order, they make mistakes frequently, the toilet is always dirty, the toilet in the place is not very clean, the place is very visited, I don't think they care if it's dirty , they are interested in the meeting point, very well located“

“On Friday 11/03/23 I pulled in to order 2 medicine bombs for a fellow sick employee and myself starting to feel the same. I headed to the H st location in Chula Vista. Only to find it shut down. Thankfully I ended up at the 3rd St. and C St. store in Chula Vista. As I went in, I had never been there before so I drove past the drive-through when backing my car up I backed right into a pole, right before work.. (UGH) As I went into the store to make my order a very kind young man name Sergio acknowledge how frazzled. Offered me water which a kind smile. Then took time to try to calm me, took my order and wouldn't allow me to pay. I realized I didn't even have a cash for a tip as I use my card usually. Sergio didn't want anything but to know I was ok and sending me off with positive words, and kindness that help me get through a rough patch in the start of my work day!!Thank you so much Sergio, I can't even tell you how much just being a kind person helped me to get my day back on track..Aside from anything free the most valued part for me was your genuine compassion. “I used my reward points for a free drink & they tried to charge me extra for the soy milk stating because it’s a milk substitute. I’ve been using Starbucks rewards in multiple states for 9 years & have NEVER been charged anything extra when I use my points for a free drink.Other than this issue, this location has been pretty good.“
“It’s a pretty good place for the am but now that they have new people from other locations that work in the afternoon it gets disappointing since they don’t make ur drink right .. ur lucky if Carlos or Elias make ur drink in the afternoon or night . If not don’t even go lol“
“I was very impressed with this business establishment. From the very moment I walked in, my family was greeted with a smile and a genuine hello. The employees here were so kind and friendly. You can tell that there are good people who work here. They take pride in their jobs and serving customers. I have been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. “I only been to this location twice but both times was greeted before the door closed behind me. The gentleman that was at the register helped me find the drink I wanted and Itzy I believe that’s her name she makes the drinks really good and makes sure she adds a little something to make it 10x better. “Maybe this was an off day but seem liked multiple people order the Dragon drink with water but it was constantly made with coconut milk. The server did correct it immediately but gave my drink to someone else that also had the wrong order. Place was well lit and had people in there using WiFi so I assume that was working too. I'll stop by here again.“
