“Busy during rush hours, but if you order ahead using the SB app, your items will be ready with no hassle. Preordered items are placed on an inaccessible table, safe from grabbers during the rush. Just mention your name and that you're picking up your SB order. A minor inconvenience—the restroom is often closed with a ‘cleaning in progress’ sign.“

“Extremely clean store, staff are friendly, courteous and quick with service. All covid proposed protocols being followed. Plenty of choices from coffees to teas to specialty drinks available. Good location, plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out. Will definitely be returning when in the area.“

“I should’ve done this earlier! I’ve been going to Starbucks off of Telegraph and the 805 for about 6 months now. Tons of places to choose from in the area, but Oli, Vivica, and the crew make it feel like home. No matter what life is throwing at me, they are always smiling and positive and do customer service the right way. The coffee and the food are the same as every other Starbucks, but these two gems make me feel like I’m part of the community and have turned me from a twice a year Starbucks guy to a daily customer. Keep up the great work.“

“This store is usually clean. Service is friendly. There are more tables than the average Starbucks because there is a patio/outdoor option. This location is in a strip mall. There are food options like Lolita's Taco Shop right next door. Patio area is shared by all businesses. Patio section can be loud if busy. Background music helps drown-out the chatter.
Parking is limited and can be difficult to find. There is a grocery store and drugstore parking in this lot but it will be a little jaunt to Starbucks. Not the best option if you want to grab your coffee and get out fast. If you need to park over by the drug store area, it will take you a few minutes walk to get to Starbucks. No drive-thru at this location.“

“I always order a decaf caramel frappe. Every Starbucks makes it differently. This location is our family favorite. They make all 3 of our drinks the absolute best. And even though they’re always super busy here, they do their best to smile and offer equally pleasant customer service.“

There are several high-top tables along with accessible seating, and the interior feels bright and comfortable without being crowded.

The floorplan is straightforward and easy to move through, which makes it a convenient stop whether you are sitting down for a while or just grabbing a drink on the go.

There is also a large amount of parking in the shopping center along with a drive-through, which keeps access easy even during busier times.

After spending years writing both thrillers and the Maui Desire Romance Series in places like this, I appreciate coffee shops that keep a relaxed, functional atmosphere. The staff has always been friendly, and the store stays clean and well maintained.“
