“This is by far my favorite location, I skip the one by my house just to come here. My orders are always on point and delicious! Even if there is a line it moves fast. As a former partner, I really appreciate the effort this store puts into the beverage quality. Everybody wants a drink that's made like the partner would want to receive. I don't usually go inside but the store is usually quiet and friendly and inviting. You guys are awesome and I just wanted to make sure I put that out there!“
“This starbucks is inside Albertsons, and it's pretty amazing. The service is quick and the two gentlemen that I interacted with were courteous. The drink was good and the sandwich that I ordered was fresh and hot.The whole area is nice and clean. They do have a little nook where they have a bunch of cups if anyone is searching for that special cup.Parking: Parking is the Albertsons parking lot.“
“Went through the drive through and the gal who was taking our order didn't know the menu well which was obvious when I asked if they had a chicken salad sandwich she had no idea what I was taking about and so I asked if they had any kind of chicken sandwich and she ended up giving me an egg and chicken breakfast sandwich. Not exactly what I expected but it was okay. I also ordered a Iced green tea and a Carmel frap. They were both good. The people that work here need some additional training on the food items that they do or don't carry at this location. Or maybe they could just go and check to see what sandwiches are available.“
“This is by far the best Starbucks that I have ever stepped foot in or have had the pleasure to be a part of. The employees here are the coolest , most respectable people to come see. “Since I moved to La Mesa, it's become routine to get Starbucks everyday, and this is by far my favorite. Not only can I get the best and quickest coffee compared to all of the other Starbucks locations in the area, but the baristas here - shout outs to Rocky, Ken, Taylor, Annabelle, Kellie and the rest I see less often! - are really genuinely nice people who have given me the best sense of community I've had since moving to California.“
“I have been going to this store for about 7 years & I have only had positive experiences. The staff are efficient and friendly and the service is quick. Don't worry if you see a long line for the drive-thru... they'll have you through the line & on your way before you know it! ☕️Parking: It's a very small & awkwardly shaped lot, so it can be a challenge to find parking. I'd recommend going through the drive-thru. However, if you're over at Lake Murray, it is a super convenient walk.“
“Starbucks is in the process of closing stores or remodeling them into drive-thrus and and walk-up windows only, with no interior seating (See Kensington and Lake Murray). This store is great! They have comfortable leather chairs with little side tables, some bench seating, and numerous tables. I drive a little farther just to get to the store!“

“My daughter set me up with a mobile app and I can order before arriving. We I get to the coffee shop my order is waiting for pickup. Tables outside are convenient to relax a few minutes and enjoy the brew. Now if my daughter would just keep adding money to my account I would be very happy indeed. Once you taste the coffee you will understand why so many people are customers. And yes, you can use the app for drivethru.“
“It's been a few years since I visited this Starbucks location.It's usually got quite a few people in line at the drive up. I like to park and go inside.It has the usual Starbucks atmosphere, which is fine. I only had a latte, so I can not rate food.What I can say is I was sad to see the employee at the register was just not getting it that her customer ahead of me was hard of hearing.It was hard to watch, and I didn't know how I could be helpful. I let her know afterward that I noticed that he had hearing aids on his glasses.Just like any Starbucks,it is very noisy in there, and I know that hearing aids aren't so helpful in those situations.And the customer certainly could have let her know he couldn't hear. But he did not.My coffee was okay. I got a soy latte and really didn't enjoy it and ended up tossing it. It seemed off, like the milk was old? I had a time limit, so I didn't have the time to have them to have them make me another using an alternate milk.I tend to visit locally owned coffee shops. I just wanted to give Starbucks another chance because they are down the street from me.I will probably go to another one sometime in the future just to change the experience.I'm sure if you get a regular milk latte, you will be quite happy!“
