Dylan just made my day! It's pretty hard to leave such a great impression in just a 2 minute encounter but somehow the staff at the La Mesa location had my laughing and smiling while I was ordering through the drive through. When I pulled up, Dylan decided to take care of my order. It seriously just made my day. Every time I come here I've been greeted with smiles and asked how my day is going. Seriously a great experience. Thank you!!
Food: Custom cold brew and a crème Frappuccino (mobile order) Service: 1st of all, overall the store is great. I come AM and PM...more often it is the AM crew I interact with and they are beyond beyond friendly especially at the drive thru window. Today was a PM interaction and it felt pretty chill goin in, not very busy. Staff is always friendly and helpful!One of the better starbucks.It's the staff that makes the difference.I have found that there are two types of Starbucks, there are nice Starbucks with cheerful people and there are gloomy Starbucks with uppity people.
