service is friendly but it’s kind of annoying that my drip coffee gets put in line with all other drinks.. it was much faster when the register person just got it. also, they only have pike at 11am.. Pike is not very good.
I was promptly and politely greeted. Hasey asked how my day was and I replied good. What she didn't know was my work day so far had been a nightmare. Her customer service continued to go above and beyond the standard here's your coffee. She makes a difference with her kindness. Thank you

Starbucks is in the process of closing stores or remodeling them into drive-thrus and and walk-up windows only, with no interior seating (See Kensington and Lake Murray). This store is great! They have comfortable leather chairs with little side tables, some bench seating, and numerous tables. I drive a little farther just to get to the store!
