I drive through after placing my order online. Almost all the crew know me. Great bunch, and my drink NEVER disappoints.
Waited in a very long line and we have always gotten the inclusions on the side at every Starbucks for years because my sister can’t have it in the drink, they refused and said they can’t do it but we explained we get it every time that way. Why pay $7 for a drink if you can’t even customize it, will not be back very disappointed in the service.
Why does it take so long for water…also not please with my service and the attitude.

Starbucks is in the process of closing stores or remodeling them into drive-thrus and and walk-up windows only, with no interior seating (See Kensington and Lake Murray). This store is great! They have comfortable leather chairs with little side tables, some bench seating, and numerous tables. I drive a little farther just to get to the store!

No one is paying attention. 6 Mobil orders just sitting there while employees wander around. Labeling containers rather than filling orders. Was 5 minutes behind stated pick up time.
I got my bacon Gouda with no bacon :( I didn’t notice until after I left
first time at this Starbucks loved the seating area i will definitely come back next time im in the area
