“Honestly this is the best Starbucks of ALL San Diego. The staff is so friendly and the line goes pretty fast especially during rush. Enna, is so sweet. She made me feel like a valued customer when she remembered my order and name and greeted me over the speaker. Lauren is so funny, my three year old asks for her all the time just to tell her hi. Jerimiah is so chill, always has the best drink recommendations when I cannot make up my mind and a sweet wonderful human being. Best Starbies hands down, with an amazing team!“

“I always have a pleasant visit everytime I come to this location. I vibe well with all the staff there. I want to acknowledge the whole crew yet there were 3 that were super today. My usual was always the Frappes of many choices but this time I decided to have "Nani" decide for me. First time I ever had Chai. I don't remember which kind of Chai but it just might be my new favorite.Vay and Samantha were lovely to have around, they don't treat me like a paycheck at all. “Yes, this is a location inside a supermarket but super convenient if you're already there picking up a few things. The staff is always nice and remembers my drink although it is an easy one to make. They can definitely get pretty busy with a long line but it's usually pretty quick. Overall, this is a nice spot but they should add their tables back out front.“

“It was early Sunday morning. I had a juice and my companion had her favorite, a coffee something or another. From the time we pulled into the street she began smiling knowing what she was getting. The service was pleasant, efficient, but not pushy. An enjoyable way to start a Sunday morning in El Cajon.Parking: Plenty of vacant spots, each just a few steps from the door.Kid-friendliness: While.we.didnt see any children, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat even surfaces and plenty of open space inside to maneuver.“

“I stop in here whenever I get my oil changed. Today the manager was out front disinfecting, cleaning and detailing the store. Her attention to detail was impressive and she is good looking. This lady is obviously doing a great job as a leader-why?-Her staff all worked together to provide great beverages and food in a timely manner and this place is really busy. We all know this is rare today in a USA where people do not want to work. Thank you for being a great example!!!“
“Love this starbucks! Always make my drink perfect. The best part however is, despite the long summer lines at every El Cajon location....this one skip the line, go inside. There is usually no one inside and they normally make your drink right away. Feel like a SB VIP ? all other locations will get thru 20 cars before the inside. It's protocol. So if you don't want to wait in a line, go inside and walk out feeling like you just saved 20+ minutes in your day. Besides when I see so many cars, there is a chance they could run out of matcha. It's a real thing! So this is my little secret. Told them Mistie sent you.“

“I was broke and just looking to chill for the rest of the night. I had a rather difficult day but the manager saved me. Told me he had my back, gave me a coffee on the house and that made the day not so bad. “Closest Starbucks to where I reside. Drive thru is available. Little bit of a wait for a beverage at times, other times in and out real quick. Always clean beverages that taste good and wake me up. I enjoyed my visit and stay there. I ordered what they don't have anymore the good old caramel macchiato, and of course the girl at the counter said they don't make those so I helped her out..,. Here's how you can make it I tell her make me the caramel crunch without the crunch add dark roast coffee instead of regular coffee, and add two shots of espresso....
