I don't ever leave reviews, but this location continually disappoints me. The guy that works the front counter is super nice with great customer service. But every single time I order from here they do not make my drink correctly. They never follow the instructions on the label on the cup. I never complain, let alone right a review but this morning was frustrating, they overcharged me for a drink I get everyday when i kept trying to explain my simple order, the lady proceeded to put it in a different way and it charged $3 more for the same drink, we went back and forth about it, she would put it the correct way, then change it, and it would overcharge me, I just went with it, then when I go up to the counter to get my drink, they give it to me half filled, I ask...read full review

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and I also ordered it with extra caramel crunch. The crunch in the drink was bare minimum than just the regular order itself. There was only like 5 pieces of crunch like wtf??? I've been to other locations that actually put a decent amount.
