Said it had a drive-thru it did not
I was a bit disappointed! ☹️ Employee simply looked right past me; although I stood 2 Feet from him & waited until he was done with the customer in front of me & then stared at him While he Assisted a customer who walked up after me & was waiting in line behind me! I usually buy 3 Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccinos, but I felt so humiliated and stigmatized by the employees avoidance that I simply asked for a Napkin and left! The staff here are always friendly, but lately our drinks have been wrong, today my husband had no half and half in his americano, and I ordered the Christmas Crème Brielle latte and had no topping, I spoke to their barista, who argued with me about it. Saying that it had sunk to the bottom. But it was iced and hadn’t got the raised lid for any topping. Eventually she added the topping but I didn’t come to pay $6 for an argument! Not happy!

Starbucks, a popular coffee shop, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the friendly staff and great customer service, others have experienced issues with incorrect orders and poor treatment. One customer felt "humiliated and stigmatized" by an employee's avoidance, leading them to leave without their usual Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccinos. Another customer had a problem with their Christmas Crème Brûlée latte, where the topping was missing, and the barista argued about it. Despite these concerns, a regular customer highlights the excellent service, particularly from a barista named Angel, who is described as a "sweetheart" and the best at this Starbucks location.
