I was a bit disappointed! ☹️ Employee simply looked right past me; although I stood 2 Feet from him & waited until he was done with the customer in front of me & then stared at him While he Assisted a customer who walked up after me & was waiting in line behind me! I usually buy 3 Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccinos, but I felt so humiliated and stigmatized by the employees avoidance that I simply asked for a Napkin and left! Why Would I spend my Money in a place that made me feel so uncomfortable!!!Parking: Is Inside of Vons on Eastlake

Seems like this Starbucks is only there for display. The espresso machine is still out of order (after 3-4 weeks since I last tried to order a drink) according to the poor customer service guy working there.

The staff here are always friendly, but lately our drinks have been wrong, today my husband had no half and half in his americano, and I ordered the Christmas Crème Brielle latte and had no topping, I spoke to their barista, who argued with me about it. Saying that it had sunk to the bottom. But it was iced and hadn’t got the raised lid for any topping. Eventually she added the topping but I didn’t come to pay $6 for an argument! Not happy!

The guys behind the counter don't pay much attention to you when taking your order, they make mistakes frequently, the toilet is always dirty, the toilet in the place is not very clean, the place is very visited, I don't think they care if it's dirty , they are interested in the meeting point, very well located

Guy working at this starbucks was very rude. I took about 30 seconds figuring out was I was going to order, he got so impatient with me he told me "Do you just want a water?" When I finally told him my order, he didn't tell me how much it costed and proceeded to make me pay. I had a phone number with them, and he skipped the phone number screen and I had to tell him that I had a phone number and to go back. I wanted a receipt, and he didn't even ask me if I wanted one and ripped it up before I could tell him I wanted one. I went walking around vons for a little while I waited. I realized it has been a while and went back and realized my drink has been sitting out for a while. He didn't call my name or tell me my drink was ready. Maybe he was new, but i've been to other starbucks with new baristas and they had been so nice to me and apoligetic. This particular guy was just rude.

This place is devolving fast. They can't make half the drinks and one of the baristas gave me a latte with 75 percent ice. I immediately went to a normal Starbucks.

Jake, Preston and Loni are wonderful. Always polite and friendly which is what you need first thing in the morning! Totally worth going into a Vons get your morning cup of Joe!

I am a steady customer (Fujiko) at this Starbucks (3 or 4 times a week) and can't speak highly enough of the friendliness of the staff. My order is always the same: Venti, Soy latte w/Whipped cream, and butter croissant. Very often they are out of soy milk and croissants. I simply can't understand how they can be out of soy milk, it seems it would be basic to the operation of the business. Perhaps they should consider buying it from Von/'s. Today I gave up and walked to the new free-standing Starbucks down near the AMC theater. They are always fully stocked. Still love the staff, they need support from corporate.

Such welcoming customer service!! I usually never stop by this starbucks but I couldn't help to leave a great review for the beautiful ladies who work here. The 2 baristas helped me so much with figuring out what to drink by offering such great recommendations and honest reviews. I ended up getting the chestnut praline latte and these girls know what they are doing. They know how to work as a team and make it look fun at the same time!! 10/10!!
