This review is for the girl who just helped me out today 3/23/24 11:58am. Didn’t catch her name but she was the only African American girl working and the only one to greet me out of the 5 people behind the counter. I’m not one to review a place but this Starbucks has a staff that is normally unprofessional and rude, but the girl who helped me me stands out and is not incompetent like the rest of her co workers. Location on Clairemont Mesa Blvd, I'm a regular at the drive thru before going to work. The best customer service ever. Always a long line but it goes very quickly because of their awesome teamwork. I am always greeted with a friendly smile.

McKenna honestly is the best barista I have ever encountered! I put my drink it wrong and she was nice enough to ask me before making it because she realized I probably did it wrong. Love her
