The staff and management are genuinely happy to be there, super friendly, and always welcoming. The team adds a personal touch, and one sweet barista drew adorable spooky designs. The place is clean and well kept. Customers ordered online from their table and had coffee quickly. Another customer went with family to order gift cards and drinks, and the lady at the counter was very polite. When a new drink was not liked, the kind lady offered to make a new drink. The customer service is very impressive and makes the experience pleasant.
