I ordered an iced mint tea. Barista said, With ice? I said no, iced. She gave me a hot tea with ice. I asked if it could be iced, ahe asked what I meant. I asked for a cold cup with ice and to pour the tea over. They agreed. Then called me over a third time to clarify. ????
Like any other Starbucks
Really nice baristas helped me pick a drink when I was overwhelmed by the choices. Was able to sit and work awhile and it was very comfortable
