Very busy store sometimes the line is literaly out the door. I understand that most of the time since they are so busy the employess may forget to smile and greet customers with the warm smile one expects from Starbucks employees....I frequently visit this store early when there are little to no customers waiting, it is then that I am greeted with a warm good morning.
