Specifically for the Comic-Con Super Hero Tea: Due to the price increase, pre-charging + mandatory gratuity, my bar was higher this year. I believe it was mostly reached - they had every tea on the menu in stock (not the case last year), glass of champagne was included, the food was delightful, and they went above and beyond with our requests. Very cute having Mando and Grogu for photo ops! Worth the cost as is, though I don't think I'd pay any higher without some major additions/upgrades.
Service is outstanding and the setting is simply beautiful.  Food was good. I think they can kick it up a notch in quality, but we were pleased overall.
Food is consistently good, service can be slow so give extra time, menu is good but limited, Charming French decor, good service.

Their High Tea is a highlight, with themed events that are kid-friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is good and amazing. It is a great nearby restaurant for dinner before a show at the Civic Center, as the staff is attentive to timeliness. The ambiance is hotel elegant, though the lighting can be too bright. Guests recommend the pear pancakes with ginger and cardamom cream and the quiche. The restaurant is a great choice for special occasions, and the prices are reasonable. Currently, they offer daily specials like Chicken Cobb salad on Mondays and Baja Shrimp tacos on Tuesdays. Additionally, the restaurant features live music on Thursdays, enhancing the overall dining experience. With its elegant decor, the Westgate Room Restaurant remains a satisfying dining destination.
