“Bryan did a super nice gesture. I was on lunch and needed to get back to work and he went out of his way and opened up the next lane even tho it was not busy. He was taking a big order and it was nice that he realized that the line was forming“

Wish the sandwiches were served - as you can see for the deluxe spicy, the cheese is not melted and this shows it is not prepared with love & interest and just prepared for the sake of preparing - may be I am used to a better sandwich at St Louis Chick-fil-A.
Either ways, the taste was good. I see all tables were decorated with real fresh flowers 🙂“
“I never really write reviews but I ended up with such a great interaction with the cashier. I think her name tag said her name was Evelyn. Sweetest girl and made my entire day! Definitely deserves a raise. The food coming out great was just a bonus! Definitely coming back to this location!!!!“
“Tonight was my first time finally trying chick fil a. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the service was exceptional. The dining area was much nicer than any fast food place I’ve been to, and I love that they were playing worship music. Larry the manager was super friendly. I’ll be back with my kids!“

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is top-notch. The Mira Mesa location is especially clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely welcome. I usually dine in, and it’s always a pleasant experience—calm, comfortable, and everything is spotless. It’s one of my favorite places to go—not just for the taste, but for the entire experience. Highly recommend!“
“Very offended that Mykalaa would put “uuh” as a guest name for my order. I frequent this CFA and can see her unprofessionalism through this. I noticed at first she wasn’t very responsive at the drive thru & then I saw this on my order. You can just ask twice for the name if you didn’t catch it the first time.
My reward did not redeem for the seasonal item. I asked her why not and she didn’t understand the basics of reward redemption. She called for the lead for help & Crystal came over.
I originally asked for a spicy deluxe jalapeño ranch meal with an additional side of soup. After the reward did not go through, I did not want fries part of the meal, and only wanted the soup as the side. Crystal might’ve accidentally clicked on the wrong meal when making the changes & I ended up with a grilled jalapeño ranch meal. That’s inattention to detail.
Thankfully I called them right away and they offered to give the correct item or give rewards if I didn’t want to come back.“

There’s plenty of parking available, which makes it easy to stop in even when the restaurant is busy. And this place is usually busy, which says a lot about how much people enjoy it.
The staff has always been friendly and efficient, which is exactly what Chick-fil-A is known for. Even with the steady flow of customers, they do a great job keeping orders moving quickly.
The food is consistently good and dependable, making it an easy choice when you want something quick and satisfying.
It’s also a convenient stop before heading over to the nearby bookstore. During one visit I even had a couple people recognize me from my outdoor YouTube channel and stop to say hello, which made the visit even more fun.
Overall it’s a reliable spot with great service and good food.“
