Chick-fil-A in San Diego

“Chuck-fil-a is always a good choice when on a road trip! We stopped at this location to take a break, stretch and eat. I love the salads here…my husband and I ordered the Cobb salad with avocado dressing, the kids got the chicken sandwich and nuggets. I’ve never been to a chick-fil-a where customer service is bad and this wasn’t the case. Customer service was polite and very nice. It was very clean and they even had a play area for small kids. They have this sign of this person that has dined with them for so many days, thought that was pretty cool!“

“My sons and have a tradition of Chick fil A every other friday. Everything was pretty good. The only food issue was the chocolate milkshake I ordered did not have whip cream or the cherry on top. Also the restaurant had the AC blasting which made it quite cold inside. Wasn't a warm day so the blasting ac wasn't needed.“

“There were a few trainee’s working the front, it was super busy, and I have a really large family with custom orders. The guys, Carter B and Vearie (maybe I spelled it wrong) were both trainees and were amazing. Really impressed how they handled the crowd and still made every person feel attended to.“

“Bryan did a super nice gesture. I was on lunch and needed to get back to work and he went out of his way and opened up the next lane even tho it was not busy. He was taking a big order and it was nice that he realized that the line was forming“

“Chick-fil-A food is always delicious! Everything is good at this place, Natalie even got my name right on the order!
Wish the sandwiches were served - as you can see for the deluxe spicy, the cheese is not melted and this shows it is not prepared with love & interest and just prepared for the sake of preparing - may be I am used to a better sandwich at St Louis Chick-fil-A.
Either ways, the taste was good. I see all tables were decorated with real fresh flowers 🙂“

“I went in for breakfast and they got my order wrong at first but a manager fixed it quickly. Food was good although there were way to many people who annoying. Not the establishments fault but the area says it all. Bathroom is outside and need a code. other than that all is good.“

“Tonight was my first time finally trying chick fil a. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the service was exceptional. The dining area was much nicer than any fast food place I’ve been to, and I love that they were playing worship music. Larry the manager was super friendly. I’ll be back with my kids!“

“It's good to open late but always super long line and have to wait long long time at night.
Sincerely, if you can't arrange proper amount of people at night shift, I rather you don't open. Better than people trapped themselves in line for a hour after placing order on app.“

The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely welcome. I usually dine in, and it’s always a pleasant experience—calm, comfortable, and everything is spotless. It’s one of my favorite places to go—not just for the taste, but for the entire experience. Highly recommend!“
