“Fantastic BBQ. The best I've had outside of Texas. There's a line and they sell out so get there early. On a Saturday, we showed up at about 540 and by the time we got to order they had run out of the pork spare ribs.We did get just about everything else and it was fantastic. The sauces were great too. Also don't forget the sides! We got the potato salad and had to go back and get more because it was so good. We will definitely be going back again!“
“La Fachada Taco is the real deal when it comes to traditional, authentic tacos. I was blown away by how generously they fill their tacos with meat - every bite is a hearty delight! This isn't your average taco joint; it's a place where tradition meets abundance, and the flavors are as genuine as they come. If you're in search of an authentic taco experience with no skimping on the fillings, La Fachada is your go-to spot. Truly impressed!“
“The tortillas were fresh and homemade the ladies were making them at the counter as you're walking in. The meat in the tacos was good, except for the barria & quesabirria which were very chewy. The quesabirria was quite greasy and not crispy at all on the outside. The carne asada burrito was fresh and full of flavor .“
“Delicious! This place has been on my list for a while and it did not disappoint. The tri tip sandwich and brisket sandwich were delicious! The meat was so tender. Potato salad was a winner. Green beans were too salty. Plain fries were another hit! The loaded fries were too much for me... plus they have a great drink menu. Sauces were underwhelming - they had a strong vinegar taste. However, the sandwich didn't need any more sauce! Beyond delicious as is. Also, I haven't found a restaurant to serve Not Your Fathers Root Beer until now! Service was polite, friendly, and prompt. This restaurant is family friendly. It's a great, casual, atmosphere that offers both indoor and outdoor seating. There are heaters, fun old school music playing in the faint background, and fun Disney references sprinkled in the decor! I'll be back :)“
“I work nearby and have been a longtime customer for years. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!! I love their chilaquiles. I prefer theirs over Cocina35. My husband and teammates always get their steak and egg burrito. It has A L O T of steak, the tortillas are delicious and the salsa is tasty! The service is always great, we call ahead and it's always ready on time. The employees are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they aren't open 24 hours, I crave their food all the time!“
“At this American-Asian fusion restaurant, the California roll is decent, providing a satisfactory option for those craving a bit of sushi. However, the standout dish is undoubtedly the ribs, which are tender and juicy, making each bite a delightful experience. The accompanying rice is cooked to perfection, providing a wonderful complement to the succulent ribs. Overall, while the sushi is acceptable, it's the rib dish that truly shines at this establishment, offering a memorable and delicious meal.“
“Ive used to shop at this local business for many years and I was always greeted by a sweet couple. Was there a change in ownership? What a complete cold reception I’ve experienced today. The young gentleman at the cashier should never work with public, please replace him. The store carries my favorite items but if they don’t need business, so be it. Online it is.“
“Great flavor and selection. Don't forget the Chimichurri it's all good. Received good recommendations from server/cashier. Went with 3 for $10.95 (or you can get 1 @ $3.90) beef, spicy beef and spinach. I preferred the regular chimichurri over the Chipotle and the white creamy one. It's located on the Public Market at liberty station so it's very casual. 3 empanadas was a bit much for one person cuz they were pretty filling and I would've liked to try some other things at the market. So if that's something you may want to do get one if solo but there if sharing.“
“We have been wanting to try this spot since first coming across Sky Deck and it did not disappoint in any way when we finally went today. The service, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, the birthday love.. all amazing. We got the garlic Parmesan truffle fries, the mushroom and truffle omelette, salmon BLT, and bloody mary and we would order it all again. My husband let the manager know it was my birthday and they brought out a delicious brownie and ice cream with fresh berries. The manager was so sweet, too! Overall a wonderful experience and 11/10 would do it again!Parking: Part of the Del Mar shopping center“
“We ordered a sampling of stuff off the menu and it was all great. The staff are super friendly and helpful in making recommendations. The "Tallarin Saltado De Res" was a big hit for all of us.Vegetarian options: Four dishes and a couple appetizers are vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: They have good gluten-free and vegetarian options.“
“I really enjoyed this place! We opted to sit outside in the beautiful SD weather. Our server was super sweet and very attentive. My margarita was absolutely delicious. It had a fun and yummy popsicle garnish. The food was also very good. Would definitely go back.“
“The food was really good. However, the restaurant is very short staffed. There were two waiters for the entire restaurant which was full. The same waiters were also making drinks, helping with to go orders, and seating people. In essence, it seemed like they were doing everything besides kitchen duties. It was Saturday in the evening. They need to actively look into hiring additional staff. At least 2 more waiters per shift and a hostess. I saw one of the waiters hit his leg on a bench because he was seriously trying to work as fast as humanly possible. I would go back because the food was bomb, but perhaps at opening time or early afternoon on a weekday when perhaps they are not as busy!“
