However there are multiple entrances and cars are rushing around.“

“Not sure why there would be Santa Fe chicken wrap if it doesn't have the chili like the Santa Fe sandwich. I also had clarified that I wanted the sandwich but got the wrap. I tried the wrap to see if I'd like it. NOPE. Really disappointed in the taste, the size, and the price of it. Will stick with the sandwich.“
“Let me start by saying that those negative reviews left recently are absolutely false. I have been coming to this location for just over 6 months now and I have never encountered any rude staff. In fact, the employees here including management, display a wonderful vibe, a vibe you rarely see anymore these days no matter where you go! My orders have been 100% accurate and on point every time. I told my girlfriend that we are purposely going to a different CJ just so I can prove that this location is the best! She hates it when I’m right! ? Come and see for yourself!“

“Carl's Junior has great service and menu options, out of comparisons with any other hamburger resturant. They might not have the largest menu out there, but to me, it's great. The only thing I feel most customers would say is there isn't so many desserts available or value meals for children (As in other meal choices their competitors have). Seating and furniture in the restaurant could be a little more child friendly.Coupled with The Green Burrito, in the past, I thought Carl's Jr. had a great menu, it just needed to be updated a bit more(for vegetarians/ dietary restrictions).“
“I stopped by the Carl's Jr. on Bernardo Center Drive to pickup a couple of items for my wife. Rather than go through the drive-thru (which was busy), I opted to park and walk in. Once inside, I saw one person working at the drive-thru window and two other people in the back preparing orders. There was no one (that I could see) that was working the front counter. There was a self-order terminal but since this was my first encounter with a terminal like this, I opted to see if someone would eventually come and take my order. After a few minutes of waiting, someone did arrive. Once that happened, my experience was much better. The order taker was personable and professional and helped me with the special order I was requesting. Within a few short minutes, my order was ready and I was on the way home. My wife said the food was fine (typical of restaurants of this variety). .“
