“Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and not only this establishment but any other fast food restaurants. I had a kind of complicated order, but DC Smoothing it out and got me exactly what I needed for me and my family. Definitely will be coming back here and hopefully see this Gentleman Again.

“I came through here to grab a burger real quick before I went to work. They were nice and the food was good and the service was fast but I didn't go inside so that's why I gave them a mid grade for atmosphere. I'd recommend going here because of the speed service and the good food.“
“I Definitely Liked The Delicious Western Burger Combo And Kimbo The Hardest Working Cashier I've Seen In Awhile. Oh Yeah Very Professional & Very Kind. I Actually Didn't Like The Manager Jose Who Was Barking Orders And Yelling @ Her. Yeah Definitely Tried To Yell @ Me Too & Had To Tell Him To Relax Pal. “Good burger. The fries and the burger were both a little bit greasy, but what do you expect from fast food. I think $14 is a little pricey for a double cheeseburger, medium fries, and a medium drink. I guess that's just the cost of things these days.“

“I frequent most of the fast food places. However the Carl's Jr on El Cajon Blvd in North Park is consistently wonderful and enjoyable
I tried the steak and eggs burrito for the first time. WOW. It is exceptional with light fluffy eggs (hate over-cooked -eggs) a top quality marinated steak and fresh flour tortilla.
Patty the manger is always pleasant and attentive. It's a great place to go and start your day. Bon appetit
Only regret is I wished they offered Senior Discount on combo meals and EBT.“

“I’ve never been one to leave a review for a fast food restaurant. My standards for fast food restaurants have been historically low. This fast food restaurant has redefined my standards. Every 👏 time 👏 I 👏 go 👏 the food is fantastic and so is the service. I get quality food every time and the staff here are respectful and kind.
I took a look at some of the negative comments that have been posted here, and most of them are ridiculous (as are many negative reviews in general).

“I cant ding them on what they cant control. But I will warn you there seems to be a large homeless population around the area. They did keep to themselves and seemed harmless for the ones around the outside. Our order was made perfectly, the ones with no cheese or special accommodations were made to order (sometimes fast food places mess at least one of our items up, since we are a large family). The staff there was friendly, kind and helpful. I didnt get a picture of my food... it looked like any other Carls Jr food, and was still hot and ready to eat by time we got back to our hotel room.“
“On certain days/mornings there is a very cheerful and professional person in charge. The place is clean and ready for business. One other day, however, an older woman was in charge (the boss I'm told) who was the complete opposite. She was on her phone with someone, the place was not ready for business, and she was rude. If not for the other person working, I would n not frequent this establishment.“
“Went in for a quick meal after work and it did the job just fine. The place was fairly clean and not too crowded, which was nice. I ordered a burger combo and it came out pretty fast, even with a few people ahead of me. The food tasted fresh enough and the fries were hot, not soggy like you sometimes get. Staff was polite, not overly chatty but respectful. Prices felt reasonable for what you get, nothing felt overcharged. Seating was okay, could be a little more comfortable but it worked.“
“I came in the other day and had the greatest pleasure of having Danielle attend me and my family. She has a wonderful attitude and helped me with everything I needed. Great job on having her there. She is such a delight. I will be most definitely going back again.“

Parking: Limited parking. Though, was able to park in front as someone had just exited parking spot.

“This is one of my favorite Carl's Jr's, hands down. it's pretty much always not crowded and my food always is exactly what I ordered. I have never had any problems here. The cashier's at this location are really nice and friendly.“
