Came because of the app and the fellow at the counter was very helpful. Food tasted good and the place was exceptionally clean. I make special note of this because it is rare now.
I came here during a busy moment. I wasn't sure if I was going to get my food in a timely manner. Even though it was busy, I was greeted kindly by the store manager, Alma, and she took my order. She took the time to make sure my order was right without rushing me, like some other cashiers at other restaurants do. After about 10-15 minutes, my order was ready and good to go. I was very satisfied, especially by Alma's leadership and care for my order.
I eat keto/low carb and got the bacon guacamole burger lettuce wrapped. The guy at the register was really positive and friendly. Burger was tasty. Can't complain, great for a quick lunch.

Carl's Jr. is a reliable fast food restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly, kind, helpful, and polite. They are fast to get food out and make orders perfectly, including special accommodations. The place is pretty clean, not overly loud, quiet, and pleasant. Orders come out in a decent amount of time and the food is served hot and ready to eat.
The food is solid and reasonably priced. Burgers are juicy with lots of flavor and taste how you’d expect from a fast food spot. Fries are fresh and very tasty. Breakfast items like the loaded breakfast burrito and the sausage egg cheese biscuit are delicious. The restaurant does not have a vegetarian patty, but the staff can offer thoughtful and innovative ideas.
The restaurant is located in an area with a large homeless population, but they keep to themselves. Some customers are not a big fan of the AI drive-through. Overall, it is a reliable option when you want something fast, familiar, and 100% better than some alternatives.
