I want to compliment Daniel and Rene they always provide such good customer service always welcoming. Even if I'm having a bad day when picking up lunch they provide a smile and always have a short conversation with me. They are amazing. They both always have me coming back to get lunch at Carl's Jr.
A few days ago we were in a different area than usual and decided to drive through here at the Morena location.It was the first time I'd experienced AI order technology.The staff at the drive thru window were nice and our order was correct.When we got home and took everything out of the bag, we discovered we have Canes Chicken restaurant napkins, which we thought was odd as we had no idea if they had affiliation with this restaurant chain or not. The human customer service was great but did not enjoy that robot taking my order in drive thru! Took a lot of my time & got my order wrong. From working from fast food 10 years, I think it’s going to be a waste of time & unhappy customers. Had to repeat my order a few times and still didn’t get it right.
