“I had an exceptional experience at Carl’s Jr. during my recent drive-thru visit, and I want to give a special shoutout to Reyna for her outstanding customer service. The AI drive-thru system initially began taking my order, but Reyna took the time to step in, override it, and personally assist me instead.

She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I had a question regarding the 9-piece Chicken Stars, and she clearly explained my options and even let me know I could upgrade them to a 20-piece. That extra effort to make sure I understood my choices really made a difference and helped me decide on what would work best for me.

It’s not often you encounter someone who takes that extra step to ensure a customer feels heard and taken care of, especially in a drive-thru setting. The app I was able to get discounts on food and drinks. Not to mention the restaurant is real close to my house so it's very convenient for me.“
